Loving Bonds an Added Win for Doobert Transport Volunteer

One day Angela Bowman was exploring a volunteer website and happened to stumble upon transport
opportunities with Doobert.com.

Angela reflects …

“I began reading up on the company and it really sounded like something I wanted to get in to. I filled out the paper work and within a week, I was doing my first transport!

So far, there have been no issues with any transport I have completed.  It is such an honor to meet like minded folks and get to hear their stories. Having the opportunity to meet the fur kids is so heart warming for me.  Knowing because of me(and a lot of other people), these dogs are getting a second chance.

In just the short time you spend together, a bond forms. I’ve even felt as if they knew we were taking them to safety. It’s never easy to depart but just knowing how much you’ve done for the dogs is reward enough. I truly enjoy working with this organization and hope to continue for years to come!”

Pets she helped transport!

In another transport, Dudley was picked up in Kernersville, WV and transported to Wytheville, VA where he was going to be fostered for two weeks and then flown to the pointer rescue in NY.
